I was the co-editor for The Literary Lab Presents... series of anthologies. You can find all the Literary Lab anthologies on Amazon here. The Literary Lab blog and anthologies are no longer maintained, but the anthologies are still for sale.
I was also a co-editor for the Stories for Sendai anthology, released June 30, 2011. All proceeds were donated to relief aid efforts for Sendai. Aside from raising funds to support aid efforts, our combined messages of strength in the face of adversity, of silver linings in storm clouds, shone a light in these dark times, providing a brief respite in a time of crisis. Stories for Sendai was no longer for sale after December 15, 2011.
